Housed in a beautiful set of buildings and landscaped grounds in the Headington area of Oxford, we believe that Wood Farm Primary School is a very special place to work, learn and grow as a teacher. We have over 400 pupils and children join our school from a wide variety of backgrounds, including many who join us from our federated nursery school, and others who have recently arrived in the country. We pride ourselves on the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that we have established in our large and vibrant school and the way that our children work, learn and play together.
As a teacher working in our school, whether newly qualified or more experienced, our commitment to your professional development is second to none. We have very high ambitions for our children and for our school, and we welcome staff members who are serious about being at the leading edge of our profession. Our teachers, teaching assistants, and other colleagues work closely together to deliver the very best for our children – and together to help make the ‘Wood Farm difference’.
The best way to get a sense of what our school is about is to visit us: we welcome, and recommend, visits from potential candidates and the opportunity to tell you more about our school. You will also find lots more information on our website www.woodfarmschool.org.uk
