Are you ready to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of our youngest learners?
Cherry Tree Academy Trust Marham, a small, dedicated and proudly inclusive Academy Trust, is seeking a talented individual to join our Infant team. This is a permanent position, offering stability and the chance to truly embed yourself within our community.
We are looking for a highly motivated Teaching and Learning Support Assistant Level 2 (TLA) who is passionate about ensuring every child thrives.
The impact of the role
As a TLA, you will play a crucial part in achieving our core purpose: to support and enable access to learning for all pupils. This vital role involves assisting individuals and groups, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those requiring more specialist support.
You will work closely under the instruction and guidance of a qualified teacher, allowing you to implement agreed programs of work and collaboratively plan for a supportive learning environment. Your efforts will be key to implementing support plans, providing essential supervision to ensure the safety and access to learning activities for all pupils. This is an opportunity to truly set high expectations and champion the inclusion and acceptance of every child within our academy.
We are seeking someone who shares our commitment to promoting positive values and good behaviour, encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their own conduct.
Do you fit the bill?
We value individuals who relate well to children and adults and are eager to work constructively as part of a team. We require candidates with good numeracy/literacy skills and relevant experience working with or caring for children of the appropriate age (Infant).
If you are proficient in using basic IT and other technology effectively to support learning and are ready to play a foundational role in shaping future generations, we encourage you to apply.
We believe in supporting those who support our pupils and we offer a welcoming environment where your work makes an immediate difference.
