You will work closely under the instruction and guidance of a qualified teacher, allowing you to implement agreed programs of work and collaboratively plan for a supportive learning environment. Your efforts will be key to implementing support plans, providing essential supervision to ensure the safety and access to learning activities for all pupils. The impact of the role
As a TLA, you will play a crucial part in achieving our core purpose: to support and enable access to learning for all pupils. This vital role involves assisting individuals and groups, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those requiring more specialist support.
