We are now full in all year groups from Reception through to Year 6 and are thriving! We are a happy, supportive and forward-thinking school which serves its local community.

We are looking to extend our team of professionals who bring interest, ideas and enthusiasm to our school. We want to hear from candidates who have a passion for supporting children reach their full potential, academically and socially. We expect that all of our staff members support the whole child development and therefore those who have a particular interest in supporting children with social, emotional and mental health or other additional needs such as ADHD and/or Autism, would be an advantage. However, for candidates who want to help and support our most vulnerable children, understand how important relationships are, have a positive and ‘can do’ approach, we would also love to hear from you!

We are a friendly, kind and proactive school and have the most wonderful group of children, parents and staff. Come and join us and make a real difference to children’s lives!

If you would like to discuss this role further or want to arrange a visit to our fantastic school, please contact the school office on 01788 222088 or office@rugbyfreeprimary.co.uk. Sometimes a visit can make the difference in how you feel about a place, so please do come and look around.

We offer a range of benefits such as heavily reduced childcare costs (for children at RFPS), private GP service, access to education staff support line, free tea and coffee etc.

We will shortlist and interview as we receive applications, so if you are interested, please do apply as soon as possible! We reserve the right to withdraw the advert at any time.
