Teaching and Learning Assistant job summary
We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the team at Howitt Primary Community School, where every child is seen, known, and valued.
Howitt Primary Community School is a large primary school with a fantastic indoor and outdoor environment. We have a strong motivated team who always share our caring and inclusive ethos, have high expectations and believe that all children can succeed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is emotionally intelligent, positive and proactive. You’ll work alongside our experienced team to support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and development, helping create a classroom where all children feel safe, supported and inspired. The position is for 32.50 hours per week (term-time only), Monday - Friday.
About You
If you’re passionate about helping children succeed, love working as part of a team, and have the confidence to build strong relationships with pupils, this could be the perfect next step for you.
We’re looking for someone who:
