Join Our Inclusive and Supportive School Community as a Teaching and Learning Assistant level 2
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play an active role in supporting high‑quality learning across the school.
As part of our staff team, you will work closely with class teachers to help create a positive, well‑organised learning environment and support pupils to develop confidence, independence, and strong learning habits. If you are keen to contribute to pupils’ progress and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Experience of working in a school setting is desirable, and an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) would be an advantage, but we welcome applicants with the right attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.
