Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching & Learning Assistant to join our thriving, oversubscribed secondary school in Halesowen to cover a period of maternity leave.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and ambitious team committed to delivering outstanding education and fostering student success. As a Teaching & Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ educational, personal, and social development. Working closely with teaching staff and school leaders, you will help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.
