The children, staff and governors of The Saints Federation are seeking to recruit a Teaching and Learning Assistant and Midday Supervisor to join our hardworking and friendly team. The role will be initially based at All Saints CEVA Winfarthing, although there will be a requirement to work across all our sites. The role will include supporting individual and small groups of pupils with their learning. You will be especially passionate about supporting pupils with SEND but also about supporting the learning of all pupils.
You will need to:
- Be enthusiastic about learning
- Be committed to ensuring the right of every child to be included and valued
- Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Be self-motivated and committed to working as part of a team
- Be committed to our vision for all to ‘Shine as lights in the world.’
- Have good interpersonal and organisational skills
Experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
