The Governors of Sneyd Academy are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled teaching and learning assistant to join our friendly and professional team. Sneyd Academy are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner who is able to engage and inspire our children, planning and delivering high quality learning experiences which impact positively on the children’s knowledge and outcomes, and who will have the highest expectations for every child in terms of their success and behaviour and attitude. We require someone who will absorb our ethos and values and immerse themselves into the life and success of Sneyd Academy. A working knowledge of phonics is also essential to fulfil this role.
The successful candidate will have the strongest commitment and passion to continue to drive the success of the Academy forward, be a very motivated team player in a highly effective staffing team, be able to demonstrate exemplary primary classroom practice and expect excellence from our children, be a team player and be a strong advocate for change and champion Academy improvement.
