• Working within class/nursery teachers to raise the learning and attainment of children.

• Promote child independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.

• Give support to children, individually, in groups or as a class (under the direction of the teacher), so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

We are incredibly proud of our children at Chestnut Park and delighted to say that our children see our school as a safe place to be. Somewhere where they feel happy and valued. We continue to believe in setting the highest possible standards in everything we do, ensuring our children can be the best they can be through the embedded school values of: self-control, tolerance, respect, awareness of others, no one left out and growing friendships.
