Teaching Assistant job summary
- Hours of work: 28.75
- Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 3:15pm
- Term weeks: 38 +1 weeks school closure, minimum paid weeks of 44.6
- FTC term: September 2026 or until employee returns from maternity leave

- What You’ll Do
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Support individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs.
- Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Be a role model for our school values every day.
- A passion for helping children achieve their best.
- Experience working with children (school-based experience is an advantage).
- A team player with a positive attitude and plenty of energy.
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
