Teaching Assistant 1:1 Support job summary

The Wensum Trust is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic colleague at Heather Avenue Infant School, part of the Wensum family of schools.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate 1:1 teaching assistant to our Early Years team, to start as soon as possible who:
• Has a good understanding of children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder
• Has special needs experience working one to one
• Is relational and empathetic
• Has a positive attitude and is proactive
• Is able to communicate effectively to all members of the school team and collaborate well with others
• Be willing to undertake training as identified by the school
