Hours:

8:30am - 12:30pm, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year. This is a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2026, with the potential to continue.

There may also be the opportunity for the role to increase to full-time hours (8:30am - 3:30pm), depending on the outcome of EHCPs currently being processed.

Salary: £10,939.07 per annum (actual salary for 8:30am-12:30pm Monday - Friday)

About the role:

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our KS2 site in Chackmore.

This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a dedicated, child-centred team in our welcoming village school. You will work closely with class teachers to support the delivery of engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

The role will involve working 1:1 with individual children, supporting small groups, and assisting during whole-class activities. You may also be asked to help with serving lunches and supervising break and lunchtime duties, playing an important role in ensuring our children feel safe, supported and cared for throughout the school day.
