Teaching Assistant job summary

Salary: NJC Grade C: £25,583 - £26,403 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 31.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year until 31st August 2026 (08.30 - 15.30 Monday to Friday).

This is a full-time role but could be split into part-time roles for the right candidate. We are looking to recruit a dynamic Teaching Assistant to support individuals but also with groups of children across our school.

You will work in a highly supportive team within a positive setting. High levels of initiative and flexibility are essential along with excellent communication skills. You will be supported in the planning and preparation for intervention programmes by the class teacher.
