  • Is a team player who values collaboration and is eager to contribute to our school’s success.
  • Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Is reflective and keen to develop their skills further through our strong focus on professional development.

What We Offer

  • A thriving school community with a warm, welcoming culture.

  • A research-informed approach to teaching and learning.
  • The chance to work alongside an exceptional team of staff who are passionate, supportive, and driven to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children’s learning in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one interventions.
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and fostering an environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
  • Helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
