Teaching Assistant (25hrs) job summary
We currently have a vacancy for class-based teaching assistant, initially in Key Stage 1 for this academic year.
As part of Greenheart Learning Partnership, we can offer the support of a successful multi-academy sponsor and the opportunity to benefit from the training and experiences offered across our learning partnership of 10 schools.
We are looking for qualified teaching assistants who are:
- Passionate, dedicated and committed to working with pupils and families
- Pro-active and thrive from working as part of a team with the same aim
- Creative, motivated, innovative and able to think ‘outside of the box’
- Independent, flexible, adaptable and reflective in their practice
- Committed to having high expectations in all aspects of their work
- Able to liaise effectively with staff at all levels Able and willing to work in a team and contribute to the wider life of the school in a caring and professional manner
- Able to lead, use their own initiative and encourage pupil growth and development
