Marston Vale Middle School are proud of their learning environment where Teaching Assistants play a key role in driving standards and the progress of our pupils.
We are looking to appoint a warm, friendly and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The role involves a range of teaching activities and interventions with individuals, groups of students or whole classes, while working under the supervision of the class teacher.
The successful candidate will support the learning of all pupils, especially those with Special Education Needs such as difficulties with communication and interaction, cognition and learning, social, emotional and mental health, sensory and/or physical. The role also involves working with targeted groups as agreed with the SEND lead.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.
