We're looking for a dedicated SEND teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Charles Warren Academy.
You're someone who'll be able to:
* Join our specialist provision based in our school for children with Autism and/or Social Communication Difficulties
* Use positive behaviour management strategies and motivate children to learn and enjoy school

Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our students receive the education they deserve. You'll provide invaluable support to delivering an excellent education to every child, in every classroom, every day.
You're someone who has:
* Experience of supporting children in primary education.
* Experience in the use of visual strategies to support children with communication needs.
* Work collaboratively with other teaching assistants so you must be able to work in a team.
