Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference to the lives of our young people?
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our large and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the learning and development of our students by working closely with classroom teachers to support educational opportunities across the school.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to support students' independent learning
- Offer encouragement and clear explanations to help young people reach their potential
The role could include providing personal care for the student. Please indicate in your application if this is something you would be happy to do. Full training would be provided.
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, term time only (5.5 hours per day 8.30-3pm, currently 1 hour unpaid for lunch) term time only. 4-5 days per week would be considered.
Salary: Scale 2c Point 3, actual salary £16,755 (FTE £26,655)
Deadline: 9 am Monday 24 November 2025
This is a fixed term position until July 2026 with the potential to become permanent.
