Position: Teaching Assistant
Working: Term Time only8:35am-3:20pm (32 hours 5 minutes p/w)

Contract: This is a permanent full-time position; however, we are happy to receive applications from candidates preferring to work on a part-time job-share basis
Salary: Grade 5 Pro-rata salary for this role is £18,021-£18,598 per annum. The post-holder also has access to the local government pension scheme

The Post
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our experienced and dynamic Learning Support Team. The role involves supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities to access the school curriculum, both individually and in small groups. The successful applicant will be someone who works well in a team, can prioritise and is able to work flexibly with colleagues to support students. Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will work closely with staff, students and the family to enable successful inclusion. Commitment to the core values of the school and to the importance of your own professional development are essential.

These results place us as one of the highest performing schools in the county.
