Working closely with teachers and the SENCO, you will support students both in lessons and through small group interventions, helping to raise attainment and promote inclusion. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment, encouraging independence, supporting wellbeing, and ensuring every student feels valued.
