What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for two dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants, to join our collaborative academy, which is dedicated to developing a great team which is centred around respect. The post will support our SEN needs across the school. The role would give you an opportunity to experience all aspects of school life, working with children in class, and outside in formal lessons and in more informal scenarios.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. You will have had previous experience in working with children in a similar setting and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.
