Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our small and friendly team to support the ambitious curriculum offer. We are looking for somebody who can work throughout the school. The working hours are spread across 5 morning a week from 7:45am to 12:45pm (25 hours) and will include breakfast club, break and lunch duties as well as being a teaching assistant.
The post is up to Grade 5 depending on experience and qualification

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEND support or early childhood education are desirable but not essential.
- Experience working within a school or other educational setting.
- Understanding of, and familiarity with, strategies and interventions to support pupils with SEND in an educational setting desirable but not essential.
