What skills and experience we're looking for
You will need to have a love of children and a deep desire to support and improve academic and pastoral outcomes. An excellent sense of humour and problem-solving approach to all you do is essential! Working in a small team, you will need to be flexible, able to form positive relationships with adults and children and have an outgoing and proactive approach to all things!
