Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team here at Lawn Manor Academy. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support our pupils.


The successful applicant, you will:

  • Have great communication skills along with IT and administrative knowledge.
  • Be willing to take part in ongoing training and update skills including completing a Vocational Qualification.
  • Demonstrate discretion to make minor decisions, under the direction of the line manager.
  • Show emotional resilience, working with children and supporting behaviour management.
