Clarion Corvus Trust is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our SEND Team at Pakefield High School. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young people in their academic and social development. Under the guidance of the SENDCo and within the overall ethos of the school, you will support the delivery of personalised learning programmes and activities to support students with special education needs, individually and in small groups, to enable them to access the learning and the wider aspects of school life.


You will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable, and who enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
