Teaching Assistant job summary

By adopting a relational approach, the school supports not only academic attainment and attendance but also the emotional wellbeing, resilience, and inclusion of students, staff, and parents alike. In practice, we do not follow a "one size fits all" in relation to punitive measures but we utilise flexible consistency. Expectations of behaviour are high, and we tailor these and implement safe boundaries to individual needs and capacities and take the approach of equity not equality in all aspects of learning.
