Teaching Assistant job summary
Wansdyke Primary School is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to give support to our children, individually or in groups and to work with the class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of our children. We’re looking for someone who:
• Is a natural communicator with the ability to relate well to both children and adults
• Has the ability to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a team
• Has a good standard of education (5 x GCSE's - English and Maths C or above) or equivalent

For this post, prior to appointment, Futura Learning Partnership will apply for a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring check, a Children’s Barred list check, two satisfactory references, satisfactory pre-employment health screening and for Teachers, a Prohibition Check in relation to the children’s workforce.
