All Saints School is a small independent school in an idyllic rural setting in North Norfolk, with a Junior and Senior department welcoming children from the ages 7 to 16. The school provides a stimulating and supportive learning environment in which all pupils, whatever their ability, can excel and develop their talents.

Our school offers a rich, broad and balanced curriculum, with well-planned lessons and focused teaching, to enable all our pupils to achieve success. The class sizes are small enabling teachers to work individually with pupils. We have a happy and caring family ethos, where everyone is respected, and staff and pupils have high expectations of themselves and others.

We are committed to ensuring that all pupils have access to the whole curriculum and are given equal opportunities to develop their full potential in a safe and secure environment.

Hours of Work: 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday

                            8.30am – 3.15pm Tuesday – Friday

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is creative
  • Experienced in working in a school or a similar setting and hold an NVQ L3 qualification or above or be prepared to undertake further training.
  • Is forward thinking with steely determination to make a difference to children’s lives
  • Is passionate about child-centred learning
  • Is flexible with boundless energy and enthusiasm
  • Is able to work as part of a large staff team with an excellent sense of humour
  • Is a great communicator
  • Has an understanding of nurture provision
