Actual salary: £19,541 for 32.5hrs

32.5 to 37 hours a week, 39 weeks a year

Our Teaching Assistants work with individual and small groups of students with a range of learning needs. They also contribute to our intervention programme lead by our intervention lead TA and delivered alongside our academic tutors. Our learning and pastoral systems come together in a range of facilities including:

• The LINC Learning and Inclusion Centre where our dedicated team of Teaching and Learning Support Assistants work with students with Special Educational Needs in both classroom settings and intervention groups.

• The Well-being Room focussing on supporting student well-being.

We would like other additional interventions to support SEMH and deliver a broad range of outdoor learning activities in line with Forest School.

We are looking for someone who can encourage curiosity, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-directed learning through structured and unstructured outdoor experiences

Additional to the Teaching Assistant role you will also provide support a few hours per week working with our administrative team.

This is a temporary contract until July 2027.
