- Grade D - E £23,114-£24,702 Per annum/pro-rata (£11.98-£12.80 per hour pro rata) depending on experience MDSA Grade B £22,366 (£10.59 per hour pro rata)
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant and MDSA to support the children at St John’s Catholic Primary School.
The successful candidate will be someone who
- Is flexible and able to work collaboratively with other members of staff
- Is an excellent communicator committed to being part of an effective team within the whole school community
- Is patient and understanding when working with children
- Is self-motivated and reliable
- Has excellent behaviour management skills
- Has a willingness to undertake training
- Is enthusiastic with a good sense of humour
- Will undertake lunchtime support for 30 minutes each day
