Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship job summary
We are offering a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship opportunity within our very supportive, hardworking and successful team from September 2025. The role would be classroom based with full training and support.
We wish to appoint someone who is able to use their initiative in the classroom to help support the high-quality curriculum delivery in the classroom; implement intervention programmes for individual children and support the implementation of learning plans and EHCP targets. This is will be working closely alongside a dedicated team to provide the best possible opportunities and outcomes for our children. We are looking for someone who:

- Is familiar with SEN practices including EHC plans.
- Has a warm, caring, nurturing personality with a friendly disposition.
- Has the time and desire to complete the training through PAFC
