  • Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children
  • Good ICT skills, particularly using ICT to support learning
  • Skills and knowledge to deal with student safety and behaviour

We have an excellent opportunity to support students who require help in overcoming barriers to learning and are seeking to appoint a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. If you are passionate about helping students to achieve their potential, whilst working in a supportive, school environment then we want to hear from you.

You will work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Provide support to pupils so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to set high expectations in order to motivate and inspire and a real commitment to achieving the very highest of standards.
