We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and collaborative inclusion team, to support the learning and development of our students.

Your Opportunity
Come and join the growing Inclusion Team to enthuse and engage our students with our innovative curriculum. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide in-class support to students with additional needs. There is also an opportunity to support students with their literacy or numeracy on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. This is a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role working with 11-16 students to raise standards and attainment. Fully funded Thrive or ELSA training is available for the right candidate.

The Details
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 33 hours a week - 8.15am – 3.15pm Monday to Friday (3.45pm finish on Thursday for meetings)
Contract Type: Fixed Term contract until 31st August 2026
Salary: £22,918.66
Actual Salary: £18,073.72
