Teaching Assistant job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant with an interest in providing social and emotional support and guidance for pupils experiencing difficulties in accessing learning. You will be driven to enable these students to develop strategies to regulate their emotions and behaviour and achieve success.
You will work as part of the Teaching Assistant team to deliver structured interventions to students, working with individual students, run groups and providing a nurturing presence throughout the academy.

Situated in the ex-mining community in Clipstone, the academy has a long history since first opening its doors in 1924 to children in the local area.
