We currently provide education for children aged 4 - 11 years. We also have a preschool that has pupils from the age of 2 years and 9 months.

Following a positive Ofsted inspection in December 2021, our school is embarking on a new and exciting phase of development. We are a forward thinking staff and encourage innovation and action research. We have a successful track record of staff development for both teaching and support staff. As a result, many of our staff have progressed in their careers, taking on additional roles within the school or gaining promotions elsewhere with the skills and experience developed from Bewick Bridge.

We wish to appoint a capable, enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant to work as part of our amazing staff team. The position will be part of our support staff, starting from the beginning of September.

Visits to the school are encouraged and can be arranged by contacting the headteacher, tsapsford@bewickbridge.co.uk.

  • Provides a nurturing, inclusive learning environment - supporting and embracing our school ethos;

  • Has a passion to learn and develop their practice;

  • Is positive, hard-working and ambitious.

In return we can offer you:
