Teaching Assistant job summary

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 32.5 hours per week – 39 weeks per year

Salary: Scale 4 NJC09 - NJC10

The successful candidate will be expected to develop strong and positive relationships with staff and pupils. They will support pupils to enhance learning and encourage them to become independent learners as well as providing educational, welfare and therapeutic support for pupils with a range of learning needs. We are looking for Teaching Assistants with good communication skills, ability to work on their own initiative and previous experience of working with pupils with learning needs.

We have vacancies across both our primary and secondary sites so please specify where you would like to be placed or if you would like to be considered for both.
