What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who.
- Is a highly effective team player with experience and understanding of working with SEN children)
- Ideally has a Early Years Educator qualification and can support children through transition from Nursery to Reception. &/or experience of working in EYFS.
- Enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment
- Actively supports teaching staff to raise standards
- Believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential
- Is committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils
- Has excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication and time management skills
- Will adhere to and support whole school policies and practices
