  • Have the ability to follow directions, think for themselves and in time have the confidence to take initiative.
  • A sense of humour and the ability to work with others sensitively are both essentials.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with children, staff and parents.
  • A passion for nurturing the emotional wellbeing of children.
  • A willingness to learn on the job.
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable in your work.
  • We are looking for the right person for the role and will consider applications with a range of experience. Further training and support will be given once you are part of our friendly team.
