What skills and experience we're looking for
- Enthusiasm to work with children.
- Have the ability to follow directions, think for themselves and in time have the confidence to take initiative.
- A sense of humour and the ability to work with others sensitively are both essentials.
- The ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with children, staff and parents.
- A passion for nurturing the emotional wellbeing of children.
- A willingness to learn on the job.
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable in your work.
