The Ideal Candidate will have

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people’s learning and personal development.
  • The confidence to work with students of varying abilities, including those who may need additional encouragement or tailored support.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing classroom needs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and staff.
  • A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail when preparing resources or supporting assessment.
  • A commitment to professional growth, including a willingness to undertake training related to SEND, safeguarding, or behaviour support.
  • An understanding of the importance of safeguarding and a dedication to maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.
