Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking a friendly individual with a passion for supporting pupils to join our upper Junior department.

The role will be based in our experienced year 6 team, so candidates must have strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Whilst the role will entail supporting the class as a whole, along with other teaching support staff in the year group, we also require the individual to take responsibility for 1:1 pupil care, specifically for a pupil with diabetes. Full training will be provided. We would therefore very much welcome applications from those who have had similar experience, not necessarily in a school setting.
