What skills and experience we're looking for

The Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support pupils learning at Bishop Bronescombe C of E Primary School.

As the successful candidate, you will have a nurturing demeanour and be fully committed to promoting the needs and welfare of all children. You will be flexible, caring, and engaging, with a strong ability to adapt to the health and educational needs of every child in our school community.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need GCSE qualifications in English and Maths, with experience in supporting children in an educational setting. A caring, patient, and proactive approach is essential. Knowledge of Special Educational Needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder, and an understanding of how early childhood trauma can affect learning would be an advantage. You’ll work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and positive learning environment, helping every child build confidence and reach their full potential.

Bishop Bronescombe C of E School is part of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust where our schools work in partnership to fulfil our belief that together, we can build a brighter future for our children. We are looking for a new member of staff to embrace and support our schools in creating an environment where the children have the opportunity to be the best they can be.
