What skills and experience we're looking for
o Right to work in the UK
o Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification or working towards
o Experience of working with pupils one to one.
o Knowledge of and commitment to high standards of safeguarding
o Commitment to participate in ongoing training and professional development
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Willingness to learn and self-reflect o Ability to think creatively and flexibly
o Ability to work as part of a team
o Ability to support teaching to meet pupils’ needs
o Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils
o Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children
o Good ICT skills, particularly using
ICT to support learning
o Self-motivated and resilient
o Energy and enthusiasm
o A commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the school
o High expectations for children’s attainment and progress
o Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
o A commitment to the social inclusion of pupils with SEND.
