Teaching Assistant job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. Working closely with teachers and senior staff, you will support pupils’ learning both inside and outside the classroom.
You will help to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where all pupils are encouraged to thrive.
What We’re Looking For:

Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Experience of working with or caring for children of school age.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

An understanding of child development and enthusiasm for supporting learning.

Knowledge of SEND/ASD and the ability to use ICT effectively in learning.

A team player with compassion, patience, and high expectations.
