3 Teaching Assistants Required from 15 April 2024 (or as
soon as possible after this date).
Governors are seeking to appoint highly motivated, committed and experienced
Teaching Assistants who will play a key role in providing support for pupils
with special educational needs. The successful candidate will support the Class
Teacher in the teaching and welfare of pupils.
There are 3 posts:
2 x 32.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
1 x 6.5 hours per week (Monday)

We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in caring for children
with special educational needs
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour
- Can work as a part of a team, learning
with and from other colleagues
- Enjoy working independently and with
- Can work effectively with children
either individually or in small groups to enable them to achieve their best
- Are highly organised and has good time
- Are flexible, proactive and resourceful
- Demonstrate good English and
Mathematics skills (GCSE Grade 9-4 (old grade A-C) or equivalent/higher)
- Have excellent communication skills,
both oral and written
Understands confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
