Due to significant student growth over the last two academic years we are seeking to employ a teaching assistant to join our support for learning team. The successful applicant will work across all areas of the curriculum supporting students in classrooms, small groups or working one to one with individuals. Experience is not essential as training will be given.

The post is offered working 30 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year (term time plus 1 week (PD days)).

Ormiston Endeavour Academy is a high school located on the outskirts of Ipswich. Purpose of the job

The overall purpose of the post is to work with teachers support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan.
