What skills and experience we're looking for

At Calveley Primary Academy, we are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive rural school community. This role involves working closely with the class teacher to support learning across the classroom, providing one-to-one support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and occasionally covering classes when required.

We are seeking someone who enjoys building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, communicates effectively, and is passionate about helping every child thrive. The successful candidate will bring energy, patience and a genuine commitment to supporting children both academically and emotionally.
