St Ivo Academy is a large, inclusive 11-18 secondary school in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting pupils in and out of the classroom, including those with additional needs.
- Working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all learners.
- Supporting the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
- Encouraging pupil independence and emotional wellbeing.
- A passion for working with children and young people.
- Experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
- A calm, patient, and flexible approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
