What skills and experience we're looking for

We have a successful Nursery provision at Windale Primary School and numbers have recently increased due to a high demand for places. We are now recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to support the continued number of children wanting to attend our Nursery in the mornings.

The right candidate will have:

  • Level 2 qualification.
  • Drive, determination and a passion for working with children and families.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a large staff team.
  • A positive outlook and a resilient nature.
  • A commitment to developing their own, and others, practise as part of a team.
  • Have previous experience in an Early Years setting
