32.65 hours per week

working times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8.30am - 3.20pm, Wednesday 8.30am - 4.20pm

Millfield Primary School, part of the Enrich Learning Trust, is a primary school with over 260 pupils and a 16 place Specialist Resource Base in Norfolk. We aee seeking to appoint a passionate and caring individual to further support our students. The successful individual will work closely with our Early Years teaching team.

The successful individual will:

• Be passionate about learning and working with pupils with a range of different needs
• Have high expectations
• Encourage children to develop in all aspects of their learning, including socially and emotionally
• Have an ability to reflect on and develop their own practice
• Have an understanding of the primary and/or EYFS curriculum
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including diplomacy and resilience
• Have a willingness to develop new ideas, show creativity and think ‘outside of the box’, relishing opportunities created by change
• A team player who can contribute to the wider life of the school
